During the retreat, Ai will offer you an energetic Vinyasa yoga, a juicy Yin yoga, and a deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra at the end of the day. You will also indulge yourself in Mayumi's rejuvenating massage and she is available throughout the retreat. Delicious and fresh vegetarian meals are served to cleanse and take care of your body from inside.

You will have plenty of free time to relax, swim, read books, and kayak in the sea!

Ai -– Yoga and meditation teacher

Always a dancer at heart, Ai has been practicing and teaching yoga over many years. With a background in ballet, it was a natural progression to practice yoga, and delve deeper into the rhythm of the breath for her. Her class flows with creative and organic sequences which seamlessly connects breath and movement. She creates a safe space to slow down, allowing time for every body to fully absorb and experience the present moment.

Mayumi – Massage therapist

Mayumi has been offering her massage in Japan, Vietnam with many years of practice experience, and she owns massage spa salon in Stockholm. Her approach is both intuitive and educated and her clients rave about her ability to help them release stress and vitalize the body and mind. Mayumi offers relaxation oil massage, oriental foot reflexology, facial detox and head spa treatment. She works with empathy and awareness of the client’s moment to moment experience.
